Guests agree to follow posted house rules, respect neighbors and local laws, and use the property for lawful, permitted purposes. Damage, extra cleaning, or rule violations may result in fees per the booking policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to site use or stays. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
